Every morning we all get up and get going for the day (an accomplishment in itself :). Andy leaves quite early and Lauren and I always bid him farewell for the morning. Since she has started walking, she follows him as he leaves. He walks out the slider door and she stands as close as she can to it, smashing her cheek against the cold glass until he has walked out of sight. Then she continues on doing whatever important task she was already doing.
We live so close to school, that Andy comes home everyday for lunch. Lauren is usually eating and when he comes back she gives him this toothy grin and breathes really hard through her nose until she is satisfied with his reaction to her smiles. It is hard to capture the preciousness of the smile on camera...
